How to order your shopping cart website

Template based design packages
Ordering a template based site.

1. Browse our website templates, add the template you want to the shopping cart, then go through the checkout procedure. 

2. If you would like to order any design options such as custom header or home page, please add these to the basket with your selected template.

3. Once you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation by email. 

4. A member of our design team will contact you to discuss your order and collect details such as your company name/logo and slogan that we will be add to your template FREE of charge.

5. Whilst changes are being made to the template your site will be loaded to our servers so that you can start adding products and information straight away.

Custom Website Design Packages
Ordering a custom designed website

1. You can order on line through the website or alternatively, if you would prefer to speak to a member of our design team and order over the telephone please call us on 01226 247576

2. Once you have placed your order, a member our design team will contact you to discuss your
requirements for the site in full detail. The designer will work closely with you throughout the project and will be available at any time during normal office hours to act as your personal point of contact, answering any questions you may have.

3. Whilst your site graphics are being created, we will load your shopping cart system onto our
servers so that you can begin adding products and information straight away.

4. Once your custom site graphics have been completed they will be loaded into the shopping cart system for final approval and editing.
